Hi, I’m Jason.
I find the revenue sitting in the email and sales systems you already have, and I fix it.
I started my career sitting in a cube, developing sites, managing teams, and working with companies such as Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, Canon, and PGA. I knew it wasn’t for me. To get the freedom and flexibility to enjoy my life, I had to pave my own path.
Since 2010, I’ve helped my clients create 6- and 7-figures in revenue. I’m a work-from-home dad of two boys, TJ and Lucas, married to THE most amazing and beautiful wife, Joanna. As a proud New Yorker, I built this business from $0, and my motto is…
Effort and attitude matter. They’re the two things you control, and the rest falls into place.
Who I work with now
Most of my clients come to me by referral, from someone who has already worked with me. They’re established businesses that sell online, usually past a million dollars a year, that grew faster than the systems behind them. Lately that has meant:
- A health and wellness e-commerce brand with a large list and a lot of moving parts. I’ve worked on its promotions, win-back campaigns, checkout and payments, and the reporting that tells the team what actually sold.
- A performing arts venue whose ticket buyers were landing in email a day late and by hand. I’m connecting ticketing to email so every patron hears about the shows they’re most likely to love.
- A high-ticket education program whose applicants told the team exactly what they wanted in video interviews, while the follow-up emails ignored it. Now every follow-up speaks to the person reading it.
- Course and membership businesses with finished products that weren’t being sold, sequences nobody had touched in years, and promotions that left money on the table.
What I actually do
You’ll usually call me about one thing: automate this, segment that. I’m happy to do it. Before I build anything, though, I get into your email, commerce and analytics platforms and read what’s actually there, because that’s usually where the money is. Then I fix the thing that pays off first, explain it in plain English, and tell you straight when something isn’t worth your money.
See the problems I’ve fixed for the specifics.
Have conversations
Personal relationships are the backbone of my business. Most of my clients become long-term partners, and many came by personal referral. I figure all my customers should be happy customers, and I work hard to make sure that’s true.
New Yorkers have a reputation for being rude, so this may come as a shock: when you treat your email list as the humans they are instead of numbers, your business grows. No one wakes up wanting more email. Put the effort into great experiences for your subscribers and they’ll respond in kind, and tell you exactly when they want to buy.
